For a one-day job, collect the remaining balance on completion. Applicable HST is included in the scheduled amounts.

Client self-service still needs connection. For current jobs, use the saved job card to update details and pricing; recorded payments stay credited.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Cancellations and refunds still to send
A client cannot cancel their job or send themselves money back. Review what they paid, choose the total refund you intend to send — including $0 if appropriate — then record the cancellation. Approving a cancellation does not mark money as sent. Any outstanding refund stays here until you record the transfer or refund receipt reference and confirm sending it.
